En C\u00f3rdoba y Santa Fe la actividad est\u00e1 exenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buenos Aires y Santa Fe tienen tasas municipales<\/strong>, mientras que <strong>La Pampa tiene las gu\u00edas cerealeras<\/strong>. <strong>C\u00f3rdoba, San Luis y Entre R\u00edos no tienen imposiciones a nivel local<\/strong>. <strong>San Luis y La Pampa tienen impuestos al estilo de aduanas internas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>67,2% de participaci\u00f3n del Estado, est\u00e1 compuesto por impuestos nacionales, provinciales y municipales<\/strong>. <strong>Los impuestos nacionales no coparticipables representan el 70,5% del total<\/strong> de impuestos que afronta una hect\u00e1rea agr\u00edcola en Argentina. La composici\u00f3n central de estos impuestos son los <strong>derechos de exportaci\u00f3n, a los que se le suma el impuesto a los cr\u00e9ditos y d\u00e9bitos bancarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>impuestos nacionales coparticipables entre el Estado nacional y los Estados provinciales, representan el 23,8% de los impuestos medidos<\/strong>. Aqu\u00ed tenemos principalmente <strong>el impuesto a las ganancia<\/strong>s (neto del impuesto a los cr\u00e9ditos y d\u00e9bitos)<strong> y los saldos t\u00e9cnicos de IVA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las provincias reciben parte del 23,8% como coparticipaci\u00f3n, y tambi\u00e9n recaudan diversos impuestos<\/strong>. Los <strong>impuestos provinciales representan el 5% de los impuestos totales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, <strong>los impuestos municipales representan el 0,8% de los impuestos en el \u00cdndice FADA promedio nacional<\/strong>. El <strong>componente central de los mismos son las tasas viales o las gu\u00edas cerealeras, de acuerdo a la provincia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon un esquema tributario en el que la mayor\u00eda de los impuestos son nacionales no coparticipables pone en jaque el federalismo fiscal y causa que mucho de lo que se produce en las regiones no vuelva\u201d, advierte <strong>Miazzo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>El anti federalismo de la estructura tributaria resalta a\u00fan m\u00e1s en momentos adversos como el que se vive con la actual sequ\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>ya que un impuesto coparticipable como el impuesto a las ganancias pierde peso, mientras que los derechos de exportaci\u00f3n ganan participaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d, agrega <strong>Miazzo<\/strong>, economista de FADA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Q9VwdtohyeQ&#038;ab_channel=Fundaci%C3%B3nFada\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En todas las provincias analizadas se paga impuesto inmobiliario rural e impuesto a los sellos para la compraventa de granos.
