{"id":102173,"date":"2023-02-22T14:16:06","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T17:16:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=102173"},"modified":"2023-02-24T02:37:57","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T05:37:57","slug":"prestamo-para-ampliar-refaccionar-o-hacer-una-obra-nueva-pone-en-marcha-el-municipio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/prestamo-para-ampliar-refaccionar-o-hacer-una-obra-nueva-pone-en-marcha-el-municipio\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e9stamo para ampliar, refaccionar o hacer una obra nueva, pone en marcha el municipio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La municipalidad de Trenque Lauquen pone en marcha el Programa de Mejoras Habitacionales mediante el cual los empleados municipales que se encuentran en planta permanente pueden acceder a un pr\u00e9stamo para ampliar, refaccionar o hacer una obra nueva en su vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Viviendas-1-920x613.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-83585\" width=\"533\" height=\"354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Viviendas-1-920x613.jpeg 920w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Viviendas-1-460x307.jpeg 460w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Viviendas-1-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Viviendas-1-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Viviendas-1-675x450.jpeg 675w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Viviendas-1.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los interesados\/as en acceder al pr\u00e9stamo pueden presentarse a partir de este jueves y hasta el viernes 17 de marzo en la oficina de la direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos del Municipio, de 7 a 13, donde podr\u00e1n retirar el formulario y presentar la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c9ste es el segundo a\u00f1o del programa de Mejoras Habitacionales mediante el cual los empleados municipales pueden solicitar un cr\u00e9dito con la posibilidad de pagarlo en 60 meses, es decir 5 a\u00f1os\u201d, coment\u00f3 el director de Recursos Humanos, Rom\u00e1n Larrubia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acerca de los requisitos, record\u00f3 que \u201cel trabajador tiene que estar en planta permanente, con un m\u00ednimo de antig\u00fcedad de un a\u00f1o, y cumplir con algunas condiciones como no tener sanciones disciplinarias, no tener embargos judiciales por alimentos y tambi\u00e9n presentar cierta documentaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos interesados\/as pueden presentarse desde este jueves en la direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos; tienen que completar un formulario muy sencillo con datos del solicitante y del grupo familiar, m\u00e1s que nada para saber c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 constituida la familia y cu\u00e1l ser\u00eda la ampliaci\u00f3n o reparaci\u00f3n que se piensa hacer en el hogar, que puede ser propio, alquilado o cedido\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al monto del pr\u00e9stamo, Larrubia inform\u00f3 que \u201cla Ordenanza estipula un m\u00e1ximo de 12 sueldos b\u00e1sicos de categor\u00eda uno (1), que rondar\u00edan los 696.000 pesos, aunque despu\u00e9s de acuerdo a la categor\u00eda y a la antig\u00fcedad que la persona tenga en el Municipio se hace un c\u00e1lculo y es el monto aproximado al que se podr\u00e1 acceder\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n adelant\u00f3 que en el caso de acceder al tope m\u00e1ximo la cuota rondar\u00e1 los 11.000 pesos, a pagar en 60 meses, y se descuenta directamente del recibo de sueldo. Para acceder al cr\u00e9dito, los solicitantes tambi\u00e9n tienen que presentar una garant\u00eda que puede ser personal municipal o de otro empleo privado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis de la solicitud estar\u00e1 a cargo de la direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la subsecretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas, y la resoluci\u00f3n final en torno a los beneficiarios\/as que cumplan los requisitos exigidos por la Ordenanza correspondiente ser\u00e1 tomada por la secretar\u00eda de Hacienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls
