rivadaviaonline.com.ar<\/strong> de Rivadavia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seg\u00fan un informe del Juzgado de Faltas de Rivadavia a cargo del Dr. Alejandro Belfiori, el pasado 20 de febrero de 2023, en horas de la ma\u00f1ana un conductor que manejaba alcoholizado atropell\u00f3 a un peat\u00f3n menor de edad y le produjo lesiones.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter 528px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Rivadavia &#8211; Guardia Urbana Municipal<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de esta situaci\u00f3n al vecino se le aplicaron tres sanciones en forma conjunta: una multa de $ 214.410 pesos, una sanci\u00f3n de inhabilitaci\u00f3n para conducir todo tipo de veh\u00edculo\u00a0 por el plazo de 18 meses y una sanci\u00f3n a realizar un curso de seguridad vial ante la Guardia Urbana Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por haber reconocido la autor\u00eda de la infracci\u00f3n y haber solicitado el pago voluntario,\u00a0la multa quedo reducida a $ 107.205.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento de cuantificar la sanci\u00f3n de multa se tuvo en cuenta la gravedad de los hechos y que el conductor ten\u00eda carnet de conducir
