En el momento del choque, Mesa manejaba alcoholizado con 1,71 gramos de alcohol en sangre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-31.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-102672\" width=\"529\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-31.png 860w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-31-800x420.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-31-768x404.png 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-31-720x380.png 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 529px) 100vw, 529px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La condena a prisi\u00f3n efectiva se dio en el marco de un juicio abreviado acordado por la Fiscal\u00eda y la Defensa con el aval de un juez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El siniestro vial el 26 de febrero del a\u00f1o pasado, minutos despu\u00e9s de las 5 de la madrugada<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 535, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Lonquimay. Mesa transitaba en un Chevrolet Astra en direcci\u00f3n de este a oeste, mientras que el Volkswagen Gol Country manejado por la v\u00edctima, Jorge Eduardo Prieto, lo hac\u00eda en sentido contrario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento del accidente, el Astra circulaba en contramano e impacta contra el Gol. El VW, tras el impacto, comenz\u00f3 a dar algunos tumbos y termin\u00f3 volcado en la banquina sur, apoyado sobre el lateral derecho. Prieto habr\u00eda muerto en el acto. En tanto, el Chevrolet hizo algunos trompos sobre la ruta y tambi\u00e9n qued\u00f3 sobre la banquina con la parte frontal sobre la cinta asf\u00e1ltica, mientras que Mesa no sufri\u00f3 heridas de consideraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta semana, el Poder Judicial inform\u00f3 que se homolog\u00f3 el \u00abacuerdo de juicio abreviado presentado\u00bb y conden\u00f3 \u00aba Oscar Alberto Mesa (34) como autor penalmente responsable del delito de homicidio culposo por la conducci\u00f3n imprudente y anti reglamentaria de un veh\u00edculo automotor, agravado por haber conducido con un nivel de alcoholemia superior a 500 miligramos por litro de sangre (art\u00edculo 84 bis, primero y segundo p\u00e1rrafo del C. P.), a la pena de 4 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n efectiva y 10 a\u00f1os de inhabilitaci\u00f3n especial para conducir todo tipo de veh\u00edculo con motor, sin costas (art\u00edculos 444 y siguientes del C.P.P.)\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez orden\u00f3 \u00abla inmediata detenci\u00f3n de Oscar Alberto Mesa y la remisi\u00f3n de la sentencia al Juzgado de Ejecuci\u00f3n, a cuya disposici\u00f3n permanecer\u00e1 el acusado\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es habitual que el Poder Judicial condene a prisi\u00f3n efectiva, m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os, por el delito de homicidio culposo en un siniestro vial que tiene una pena m\u00e1xima de 5 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el momento del choque, Oscar Alfredo Mesa manejaba en contramano y alcoholizado con 1,71 gramos de alcohol en sangre por la Ruta 5.
