La norma jerarquiza las tareas que llevan adelante los profesionales, a quienes incorpora en la Ley 10.471 de \u00abcarrera hospitalaria\u00bb, lo que implica mejoras salariales y en el r\u00e9gimen que hasta hoy no hab\u00edamos podido acceder\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Sierra destac\u00f3 que tiene en cuenta la \u201ccapacitaci\u00f3n permanente\u201d de los instrumentadores como profesionales de la salud. \u201cPor ejemplo, nuestro Servicio tiene complejidades, por la alta tecnolog\u00eda con que cuenta y la dificultad de las intervenciones, que demandan una formaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n constantes, que por su puesto nos brinda el hospital\u201d, continu\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto de la notoria feminizaci\u00f3n de la profesi\u00f3n, en la que de casi 9.000 instrumentadores quir\u00fargicos, el 94% son mujeres, Sierra marc\u00f3 un cambio en la tendencia. \u201cEn los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se han incorporado a la carrera y la planta profesional varones
