{"id":104022,"date":"2023-04-20T02:37:05","date_gmt":"2023-04-20T05:37:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=104022"},"modified":"2023-04-20T18:10:32","modified_gmt":"2023-04-20T21:10:32","slug":"hubo-un-102-menos-de-homicidios-durante-el-ano-2022-en-la-provincia-de-buenos-aires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/hubo-un-102-menos-de-homicidios-durante-el-ano-2022-en-la-provincia-de-buenos-aires\/","title":{"rendered":"Hubo un 10,2 % menos de homicidios durante el a\u00f1o 2022 en la provincia de Buenos Aires"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Procuraci\u00f3n General Fiscal de la<strong> <\/strong>provincia de Buenos Aires&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s de su informaci\u00f3n estadistica, dirigida por Julio Conte Grand, public\u00f3 un&nbsp;informe respecto de los homicidios durante 2022&nbsp;en el Fuero Criminal y Correccional y el Fuero de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil y destac\u00f3 que hubo&nbsp;un 10,2% menos que en 2021 y un 27,1% que en 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDurante el a\u00f1o 2022 se han iniciado 1.777 IPP correspondientes a homicidios dolosos,&nbsp;de los cuales el 40,3% (716 IPP) corresponden a homicidios dolosos consumados mientras que el 59,7% restante (1.061 IPP) a homicidios dolosos tentados.&nbsp;Los homicidios dolosos consumados registrados en el a\u00f1o 2022 presentan una&nbsp;disminuci\u00f3n con respecto al a\u00f1o 2021, del orden del 10,2% (81 IPP menos), al pasar de 797 a 716 IPP\u201d, comenz\u00f3 explicando el Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1440\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-50.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-104023\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-50.png 1440w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-50-800x400.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-50-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-50-768x384.png 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-50-1024x512.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1440px) 100vw, 1440px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Y agreg\u00f3: \u201cEn cuanto a la tasa anual de v\u00edctimas de homicidios dolosos consumados a nivel provincial, la misma fue de 4,27 v\u00edctimas cada 100.000 habitantes&nbsp;(750 v\u00edctimas fatales), registrando una&nbsp;ca\u00edda de 0,42 puntos con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior (830 v\u00edctimas fatales)\u201d<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, informaron que \u201centre los principales m\u00f3viles identificados en los homicidios dolosos consumados, el 23,7% responde a&nbsp;<strong>conflictos interpersonales,<\/strong>&nbsp;el 15,9% fue cometido en contexto de un&nbsp;<strong>robo<\/strong>, el 11,3% corresponde a hechos de&nbsp;<strong>femicidios<\/strong>, el 7,1% se vincula con&nbsp;<strong>violencia en el \u00e1mbito familiar,<\/strong>&nbsp;entre otros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDe las 716 IPP relevadas de homicidios dolosos consumados, el 60,2% tuvo lugar en la&nbsp;<strong>v\u00eda p\u00fablica<\/strong>&nbsp;seguido por un 29,3% de los casos ocurridos en&nbsp;<strong>viviendas<\/strong>. Asimismo, el 56,3% de los hechos fue cometido con<strong>&nbsp;arma de fuego<\/strong>. En relaci\u00f3n al horario del hecho el 53,2% ocurri\u00f3 en&nbsp;<strong>horario nocturno (entre las 20 h y las 6 h)<\/strong>. Por \u00faltimo, las 1.061 IPP iniciadas por homicidios dolosos en grado de tentativa representan una disminuci\u00f3n del<strong>&nbsp;4,9% en relaci\u00f3n al a\u00f1o 2021 (55 casos menos)\u201d,&nbsp;<\/strong>cerr\u00f3 el informe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico inform\u00f3 que los datos del informe son de las investigaciones penales preparatorias donde se investiga al menos un homicidio doloso, iniciadas en la provincia de Buenos Aires durante el a\u00f1o 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Informaron que \u201centre los principales
