La investigaci\u00f3n, que se inici\u00f3 hace varios meses, dio como resultado la detenci\u00f3n de 32 individuos y la imputaci\u00f3n de otros 14 por asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita, lavado de activos y estafas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-42.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-104739\" width=\"489\" height=\"284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-42.png 880w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-42-800x465.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-42-768x447.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 489px) 100vw, 489px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Banco Provincia estafas <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los allanamientos se realizaron en diferentes zonas de la provincia de Buenos Aires, y se incautaron 137 tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles, 20 tarjetas SIM, 34 computadoras port\u00e1tiles, 6 computadoras de escritorio, 7 pendrives, 2 armas de fuego y municiones, 250 gramos de marihuana, elementos para la distribuci\u00f3n de estupefacientes, 2 billeteras de criptomonedas (hardware wallet) y dinero en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El modus operandi utilizado por los delincuentes consist\u00eda en crear una p\u00e1gina web falsa del Banco Provincia, que se parec\u00eda mucho a la real. Las v\u00edctimas, al intentar ingresar a su Home Banking, cre\u00edan estar accediendo al sitio leg\u00edtimo del banco, pero en realidad estaban entregando sus datos personales a los cibercriminales. Con estos datos, los estafadores acced\u00edan a las cuentas bancarias y utilizaban los fondos o los vend\u00edan a terceros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra t\u00e9cnica utilizada por los delincuentes era contactar a vendedores que utilizaban la plataforma Market Place de Facebook. Se hac\u00edan pasar por posibles compradores y alegaban haber enviado el dinero por la supuesta compra. Como la v\u00edctima nunca recib\u00eda el dinero, los hac\u00edan ir hasta un cajero autom\u00e1tico para generar un nuevo \u00abtoken\u00bb, con el que luego tomaban el control de su Home Banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intervinieron en la investigaci\u00f3n los fiscales Guillermo Sabatini, del Departamento Judicial de Necochea; la fiscal Cecilia Corfield de La Plata; y Mart\u00edn Laius del Departamento Judicial de Jun\u00edn, quienes imputaron a 53 personas por el delito de \u00abasociaci\u00f3n Il\u00edcita, lavado de activos y estafas\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las detenciones, se incautaron una gran cantidad de elementos que podr\u00edan ser utilizados para cometer delitos cibern\u00e9ticos. &nbsp;(<strong>InfoGEI<\/strong>)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fuente: Infogei.com.
