El fallo tuvo lugar ante sendas medidas cautelares solicitada por la oposici\u00f3n, por lo que el oficialismo denunci\u00f3 una intromisi\u00f3n del m\u00e1ximo tribunal en \u201cel proceso democr\u00e1tico\u201d del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-59.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-104823\" width=\"447\" height=\"252\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A cinco d\u00edas de los comicios, la Corte Suprema resolvi\u00f3 as\u00ed ordenar su suspensi\u00f3n en un fallo donde solicit\u00f3 a las provincias informes sobre la situaci\u00f3n que deber\u00e1n entregarse en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco d\u00edas. Las elecciones no podr\u00e1n realizarse hasta tanto la Corte dicte sentencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Tucum\u00e1n, el conflicto gira sobre la candidatura del ex jefe de Gabinete de la Naci\u00f3n, Juan Manzur, quien se postula como vicegobernador luego de haber ejercido la gobernaci\u00f3n de Tucum\u00e1n durante dos per\u00edodos. En San Juan, la oposici\u00f3n cuestiona a Sergio U\u00f1ac, quien pretende ser reelecto como gobernador tras haber ocupado ese cargo por dos per\u00edodos consecutivos -antes hab\u00eda sido vicegobernador de la provincia-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la firma de los jueces Horacio Rosatti, Juan Carlos Maqueda y Carlos Rosenkrantz -sin el apoyo de Ricardo Lorenzetti- la Corte declar\u00f3 as\u00ed \u201cla competencia originaria\u201d del m\u00e1ximo tribunal y orden\u00f3 requerir a las dos provincias \u201cel informe circunstanciado\u201d para ser entregado en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco d\u00edas.
