Hoy hubo una caminata hasta la sede de Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"758\" height=\"431\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/justiciaporanita.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-105337\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00fanico imputado &#8211; se recuerda &#8211; contin\u00faa involucrado en la causa, pero por decisi\u00f3n judicial est\u00e1 en su domicilio, desde el viernes. La medida fue adoptada por la C\u00e1mara de Apelaciones y Garant\u00edas de Trenque Lauquen y lleva la firma de los jueces Rafael Paita y Jorge Gini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fallo ha sido destacado en los pasillos del Departamento Judicial, donde ha diario transitan conocidos profesionales de la abogac\u00eda de una amplia regi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El abogado defensor de Mario Luis Pereyra, doctor Horacio Samam\u00e9 en declaraciones period\u00edsticas que formul\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana a AM 1280 y FM 88.5, reiter\u00f3 que \u00abestoy convencido de la inocencia del imputado\u00bb, a la vez que sugiri\u00f3 leer  la medida judicial que permite ampliar conocimientos en materia penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayer se realiz\u00f3 una vigilia.
