Gracias a ese seguro, la empresa podr\u00e1 seguir operando en el comercio internacional, informaron ayer los portales especializados Bichos de Campo y Agrofy News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-105631\" width=\"499\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1.png 1121w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1-800x452.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1-768x434.png 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1-1024x578.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Frigorifico General Pico<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que la firma deb\u00eda una liquidaci\u00f3n por 23.000.000 d\u00f3lares como producto de sus exportaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta acci\u00f3n parte de un precedente sentado la empresa Exportadora Trapani SA, dedicada al cultivo, industrializaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n de c\u00edtricos, quien tambi\u00e9n pag\u00f3 un seguro de cauci\u00f3n por 1.000.000 de d\u00f3lares para levantar su suspensi\u00f3n del registro de exportadores. En ese caso, el monto adeudado rondaba los 950.000 d\u00f3lares\u201d, inform\u00f3 Bichos de Campo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3n General de Aduanas hab\u00eda intimado al frigor\u00edfico de la familia Lowenstein en el marco de la Instrucci\u00f3n General 7\/2022, ya que se le hab\u00eda vencido el plazo de la liquidaci\u00f3n de divisas. Una vez que una empresa es intimada, tiene un plazo de 10 d\u00edas para liquidar el dinero correspondiente o garantizar su ingreso (con un seguro de cauci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, al vencimiento del plazo ya notificado, la empresa no procede al ingreso de las divisas correspondientes, la Aduana iniciar\u00e1 la ejecuci\u00f3n de la garant\u00eda constituida. El organismo ha implementado estas medidas con el objetivo de garantizar tanto las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de comercio exterior como el debido ingreso de divisas por exportaciones de productos y
