Girard asegur\u00f3 que \u00abcuando asumimos, en diciembre de 2019,&nbsp;pusimos en marcha una reforma integral en Ingresos Brutos que disminuy\u00f3 retenciones, aceler\u00f3 la devoluci\u00f3n de saldos a favor acumulados, brind\u00f3 facilidades para regularizar deudas y promovi\u00f3 un r\u00e9gimen simplificado que favoreci\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 830 mil monotributistas\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Girard subray\u00f3 que \u00aben los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os y medio logramos devolver de manera directa m\u00e1s de $48.000 millones de saldos a favor retenidos, a partir de la creaci\u00f3n de un sistema de compensaci\u00f3n que se gestiona v\u00eda web y permite usar saldos retenidos para el pago de otros tributos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEl resto de la disminuci\u00f3n del stock de saldos a favor se debe a la atenuaci\u00f3n de al\u00edcuotas retenciones, lo que redujo significativamente la presi\u00f3n fiscal, y una mayor eficiencia de
