En primer lugar,&nbsp;el voto no es obligatorio para los j\u00f3venes de 16 y 17 a\u00f1os, y para las personas mayores de 70 a\u00f1os. Tampoco deben justificar su ausencia en las PASO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, hay otros grupos, establecidos por ley, que&nbsp;<strong>est\u00e1n exceptuados de votar<\/strong>, pero que s\u00ed deben justificar su ausencia en las PASO ante la Justicia Electoral:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quienes est\u00e9n a&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s de 500 kil\u00f3metros del lugar de votaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>y tener una justificaci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida que impida el traslado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quienes est\u00e9n<strong>&nbsp;enfermos o imposibilitados<\/strong>&nbsp;de ejercer el sufragio por motivos de fuerza mayor. En este caso tambi\u00e9n se debe presentar una justificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quienes formen parte de<strong>&nbsp;organismos o empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos<\/strong>&nbsp;que cumplan funciones durante el d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jueces o auxiliares<\/strong>&nbsp;que est\u00e9n en funciones durante la elecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-55.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-109658\" width=\"565\" height=\"345\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-55.png 992w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-55-800x489.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-55-768x469.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas que no se presenten a votar&nbsp;<strong>deber\u00e1n concurrir con su documento c\u00edvico a la comisar\u00eda m\u00e1s pr\u00f3xima<\/strong>&nbsp;del lugar en el que se encuentre, y all\u00ed pedir una certificaci\u00f3n escrita que justifique su imposibilidad de sufragar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego tendr\u00e1n que&nbsp;<strong>presentar el justificativo para evitar posibles sanciones econ\u00f3micas&nbsp;<\/strong>y la imposibilidad de realizar tr\u00e1mites ante organismos estatales nacionales, provinciales y de la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires en todo un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esto se debe realizar&nbsp;<strong>una consulta a trav\u00e9s de Internet<\/strong>&nbsp;y enviar los documentos que corroboren el motivo de fuerza mayor que les impidi\u00f3 emitir el sufragio. Cuentan con 60 d\u00edas desde las elecciones para presentar el formulario ante la Justicia Electoral, ya que en caso contrario la multa se adherir\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente en el Registro de Infractores de cada persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se impondr\u00e1 una&nbsp;<strong>multa de $50 a $500&nbsp;<\/strong>al elector mayor de 18 y menor de 70 a\u00f1os que dejar\u00e9 de emitir su voto y no justifique su ausencia ante la Justicia Nacional Electoral dentro de los sesenta (60) d\u00edas de las respectivas elecci\u00f3nes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El monto de la multa&nbsp;<strong>var\u00eda de acuerdo a la cantidad de infracciones<\/strong>. En consecuencia, las multas por no votar son las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Si el elector&nbsp;<strong>no tiene infracciones&nbsp;<\/strong>previas sin regularizar: $50;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Si el elector tiene<strong>&nbsp;1 infracci\u00f3n previa&nbsp;<\/strong>sin regularizar: $100;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Si el elector tiene&nbsp;<strong>2 infracciones previas<\/strong>&nbsp;sin regularizar: $200;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Si el elector tiene&nbsp;<strong>3 infracciones previas<\/strong>&nbsp;sin regularizar: $400;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Si el elector tiene<strong>&nbsp;4 o m\u00e1s infracciones previas<\/strong>&nbsp;sin regularizar: $500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que aquellos ciudadanos y ciudadanas que no abonen esa multa&nbsp;<strong>quedar\u00e1n registrados como infractores.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Todas las personas que est\u00e9n habilitadas para votar deben hacerlo, ya que se trata de un derecho y una obligaci\u00f3n constitucional<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":89356,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[43],"tags":[8317],"class_list":["post-109657","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-inferior4","tag-elecciones-paso-2023"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.4 -
