Por otro lado, el oficialismo busca modificarla, por lo que se deber\u00eda regresar a la C\u00e1mara baja para una sanci\u00f3n definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00edctor Zimmermann<\/strong>, radical de la oposici\u00f3n, reclama \u201cdarle la mayor celeridad y previsibilidad al tratamiento de la media sanci\u00f3n\u201d asegurando que el interbloque de&nbsp;<strong>Juntos por el Cambio<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cest\u00e1 para firmar el dictamen del proyecto tal como vino de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juliana Di Tullio, oficialista, destaca que \u201clo que pidieron los inquilinos es que se vuelva a la ley tal como est\u00e1\u201d en la actualidad y asegura que el Frente de Todos \u201ctiene propuestas para mejorar el dictamen\u201d y que \u201chay distintas posturas en el interbloque sobre este asunto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reducci\u00f3n de 3 a 2 a\u00f1os como plazo m\u00ednimo para los contratos de alquiler se aprob\u00f3 en Diputados con el voto de JxC, el peronismo disidente, el socialismo, y bloques provinciales de R\u00edo Negro y de Misiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los valores de alquiler podr\u00edan actualizarse en plazos de entre cuatro y doce meses, seg\u00fan se acuerde entre las partes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para actualizar los valores se podr\u00eda elegir entre el \u00edndice de precios al consumidor (IPC), el \u00edndice de precios mayoristas y el \u00edndice de salarios, elaborados por el Indec, o una combinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El kirchnerismo durante la \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n de comisiones consider\u00f3 esta ley como desventajosa para el inquilino por ponerlo en una posici\u00f3n desprotegida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se est\u00e1 buscando llegar a una ley que mantenga el plazo de 2 a\u00f1os de contrato prorrogable a 3 a\u00f1os de acuerdo pero con ajustes, como m\u00ednimo, semestrales y con un mecanismo de ajuste definido, no a definir entre las partes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La oposici\u00f3n busca la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley tal como vino de Diputados, y que sea ley para la pr\u00f3xima sesi\u00f3n.
