{"id":115930,"date":"2023-12-07T00:14:06","date_gmt":"2023-12-07T03:14:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=115930"},"modified":"2023-12-10T12:18:56","modified_gmt":"2023-12-10T15:18:56","slug":"explotacion-laboral-guamini-procesamiento-y-embargo-para-el-dueno-de-un-campo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/explotacion-laboral-guamini-procesamiento-y-embargo-para-el-dueno-de-un-campo\/","title":{"rendered":"Explotaci\u00f3n laboral Guamin\u00ed: procesamiento y embargo para el due\u00f1o de un campo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/tranquera-920x690.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-64300\" width=\"386\" height=\"289\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/tranquera-920x690.jpg 920w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/tranquera-460x345.jpg 460w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/tranquera-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/tranquera-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/tranquera-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/tranquera-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Juzgado Federal de Primera Instancia de Pehuaj\u00f3 dict\u00f3 el procesamiento del due\u00f1o de un campo del Partido de Guamini, en orden al delito de trata de personas, por acoger y recibir con fines de explotaci\u00f3n laboral a una persona, sosteniendo que la consumaci\u00f3n se produjo desde el inicio de la relaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa se inici\u00f3 en el mes de diciembre de 2022, a ra\u00edz de la comunicaci\u00f3n dada por parte del Comando de Prevenci\u00f3n Rural de Guamin\u00ed, lo que origin\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n del Juzgado Federal de Pehuaj\u00f3, quien dispuso el allanamiento del establecimiento rural donde tuvieron lugar los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento se llev\u00f3 a cabo con la intervenci\u00f3n del Programa Nacional de Rescate y Acompa\u00f1amiento a las Personas Damnificadas por el Delito de Trata, extrayendo del lugar a la v\u00edctima y secuestrando documentaci\u00f3n y dos armas de fuego. El Juez a cargo del Juzgado Federal de Pehuaj\u00f3 en la decisi\u00f3n adoptada valor\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima fue explotada laboralmente por el acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a\u00f1os la v\u00edctima fue sometida a extensas jornadas laborales que no contaban con d\u00edas u horarios pre establecido, no se le hac\u00eda entrega efectiva de su salario, resid\u00eda en una vivienda precaria en la cual no contaba con luz el\u00e9ctrica en determinados sectores, agua en el ba\u00f1o o estufa para calefaccionarse, se le limitaba la posibilidad de sociabilizaci\u00f3n con terceros, no le era permitido alimentarse libremente, siendo mantenida en situaciones de sometimiento y anulaci\u00f3n de la libertad de movimiento, vali\u00e9ndose el imputado para todo ello del estado de vulnerabilidad de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el Juez decret\u00f3 el embargo preventivo del predio rural, de aproximadamente 2000 hect\u00e1reas de extensi\u00f3n, dos veh\u00edculos que posee el imputado y la suma de diez millones de pesos de acuerdo a las especiales pautas fijadas por el art\u00edculo 23, p\u00e1rrafo sexto, del C\u00f3digo Penal y el art. 518 del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal de la Naci\u00f3n.
