La acci\u00f3n fue ejecutada por la&nbsp;<strong>Subdelegaci\u00f3n Drogas Il\u00edcitas Adolfo Alsina<\/strong>, bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del Jefe de Operaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue en el marco de una&nbsp;<strong>Investigaci\u00f3n Pena<\/strong>l Preparatoria a cargo del&nbsp;<strong>Dr. Ra\u00fal Carini Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, perteneciente a la Unidad de Causas Complejas y Estupefacientes de la U.F.I n\u00b0 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida judicial incluy\u00f3 Allanamientos, Registros, Requisas Personales y Vehiculares, as\u00ed como Secuestros, todos ellos autorizados por el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00b0 1 del Departamento Judicial de Trenque Lauquen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se incaut\u00f3 una importante cantidad de coca\u00edna<\/strong>&nbsp;preparada para su inmediata comercializaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se encontr\u00f3 dinero en efectivo vinculado a la venta de sustancias il\u00edcitas, dispositivos de telefon\u00eda celular que fueron herramientas fundamentales para las transacciones comerciales, balanzas de precisi\u00f3n utilizadas en la elaboraci\u00f3n de dosis, un veh\u00edculo VW Polo empleado para ventas con modalidad delivery, y otros elementos relevantes para la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-84.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-116310\" width=\"360\" height=\"407\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-84.png 901w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-84-707x800.png 707w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-84-768x869.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Foto Diario de Rivera <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se orden\u00f3 la aprehensi\u00f3n de<strong>&nbsp;Octavio Mart\u00edn Aguirre<\/strong>&nbsp;por el delito de&nbsp;<strong>Comercializaci\u00f3n de Estupefacientes<\/strong>. Inicialmente, fue alojado en la sede de la Subdelegaci\u00f3n Drogas Il\u00edcitas Adolfo Alsina, y posteriormente tras cumplir con los requisitos legales, incluyendo la Declaraci\u00f3n Indagatoria,
