Ocurri\u00f3 el s\u00e1bado anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Fiscal Dr. Fabio Arcomano, titular de la UFI N\u00b06 quien hab\u00eda iniciado actuaciones bajo la car\u00e1tula \u00abLesiones Graves\u00bb, comprobando la existencia de antecedentes judiciales de violencia donde pose\u00edan medidas cautelares dictadas por el Juzgado de Paz,\u00a0procedi\u00f3 a recaratular el caso como \u201cGaldona Mart\u00edn Ignacio s\/Tentativa de Homicidio agravado por el v\u00ednculo, de una mujer cometido por un hombre mediando violencia de g\u00e9nero\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s la Jueza de Garant\u00edas N\u00b0 2, Dra.
