Trenque Lauquen, en cumplimiento a ORDEN DE DETENCI\u00d3N librada por el Juzgado Garant\u00edas N\u00b0 2 a cargo de la Sra. Jueza DRA. ALICIA CARDOSI, del Departamento Judicial de Trenque Lauquen, para con el ciudadano MARTINEZ, JONATAN EDGARDO, de 32 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia ordinaria, y alojado en calidad de detenido en una dependencia habilitada para tal fin, a la espera de resolverse su situaci\u00f3n procesal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aprehensi\u00f3n por Lesiones Agravadas por Violencia de G\u00e9nero:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal de Estaci\u00f3n Comunal de Pehuaj\u00f3, procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n del ciudadano CASTRO MARCELO de 33 a\u00f1os, medida ordenada por el Juzgado de Ejecuci\u00f3n Penal a cargo del Sr. Juez Dr. PUEBLAS GUILLERMO, Departamento Judicial de Trenque Lauquen, sobre quien pesaba PEDIDO DE CAPTURA, en el marco de causa penal caratulada \u00abLESIONES LEVES AGRAVADAS POR VIOLENCIA DE GENERO\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia ordinaria, se cumplimentaron recaudos legales ordenados por el magistrado de intervenci\u00f3n, quien dispuso su libertad bajo cauciones juratorias.&nbsp; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El primero alojado en una dependencia habilitada.
