Es decir, el consumidor pag\u00f3 $3,8 por cada $1 que recibi\u00f3 el productor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En promedio, la participaci\u00f3n del productor explic\u00f3 el 26,9% de los precios de venta final. La mayor participaci\u00f3n la tuvieron los productores de&nbsp;<strong>pimiento rojo<\/strong>&nbsp;(63,5%), mientras que la menor fue para los de&nbsp;<strong>naranja<\/strong>&nbsp;(11,7%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1552\" height=\"819\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-150.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-118806\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-150.png 1552w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-150-800x422.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-150-768x405.png 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-150-1536x811.png 1536w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-150-1024x540.png 1024w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-150-720x380.png 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1552px) 100vw, 1552px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La brecha en los productos frutihort\u00edcolas y en los ganaderos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IPOD frutihort\u00edcola:<\/strong>&nbsp;del campo a la g\u00f3ndola, los precios de las 19 frutas y hortalizas que integran la canasta IPOD se multiplicaron por&nbsp;<strong>5,6 veces en enero,&nbsp;<\/strong>lo que representa una suba del 19,2% con respecto al mes de diciembre 2023. Varios son los factores que explican este incremento mensual, conjug\u00e1ndose la falta de convalidaci\u00f3n de los precios finales por parte del consumidor debido a la ca\u00edda del poder adquisitivo, las inclemencias clim\u00e1ticas adversas que afectaron a algunas regiones y producciones (desde elevadas temperaturas hasta el exceso o la falta de precipitaciones), y la finalizaci\u00f3n de la temporada de cosecha para algunos productos y el inicio para otros, lo que conlleva un reacomodamiento de precios en ambos extremos de la cadena de valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IPOD ganadero:<\/strong>&nbsp;por los 5 productos y subproductos ganaderos que componen la canasta IPOD, el consumidor abon\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>3,2 veces<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e1s de lo que recibi\u00f3 el productor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mayores y menores brechas IPOD de enero<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Productos con mayores brechas IPOD mensuales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>naranja<\/strong>&nbsp;(8,5 veces), el&nbsp;<strong>ajo<\/strong>&nbsp;(7,6), la&nbsp;<strong>pera<\/strong>&nbsp;(7,5), la&nbsp;<strong>cebolla&nbsp;<\/strong>(7,5) y la&nbsp;<strong>mandarina<\/strong>&nbsp;(6,8), fueron los cinco productos que presentaron mayor diferencia entre los precios de origen y destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>naranja<\/strong>&nbsp;y el&nbsp;<strong>ajo<\/strong>&nbsp;fueron los agroalimentos con mayor brecha entre el productor y el consumidor. Ambos presentaron subas en destino (63,3% y 24,1%, respectivamente), mientras que sus precios de origen no mostraron variaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro fue el comportamiento de la&nbsp;<strong>fruta de pepita<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>cebolla<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<strong>mandarina<\/strong>, cuyos precios aumentaron tanto en origen como en destino. En el caso de la&nbsp;<strong>pera<\/strong>, se registr\u00f3 una suba del 23,2% en los precios al productor -se est\u00e1 comercializando gran parte de la fruta conservada en c\u00e1mara de fr\u00edo-, mientras que al consumidor se incrementaron un 34,6%. Los precios de la&nbsp;<strong>cebolla<\/strong>, por su parte, subieron 8,3% (origen) y 21,7% (destino).
