Se cru\u00f3 de carril y choc\u00f3 el auto antiguo en el que iban las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La figura aplicada fue delito homicidio culposo en perjuicio de dos personas; agravado por la conducci\u00f3n imprudente, negligente y antirreglamentaria de un veh\u00edculo automotor y tambi\u00e9n por la ingesta de bebida alcoh\u00f3lica. Las v\u00edctimas fueron Guillermo Domingo Arag\u00f3n, de 65 a\u00f1os, y el menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/388653-t.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110751\" width=\"443\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/388653-t.webp 1000w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/388653-t-800x508.webp 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/388653-t-768x488.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 443px) 100vw, 443px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El conflicto penal se resolvi\u00f3 por la v\u00eda alternativa del juicio abreviado, convenido entre el fiscal Oscar Alfredo Cazenave, la defensora oficial Mariel Annecchini y el propio imputado (45 a\u00f1os), quien admiti\u00f3 su culpabilidad en el siniestro vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho tr\u00e1gico se produjo el 27 de agosto del a\u00f1o pasado en la ruta nacional 5, a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 598, cuando Lucero \u2013conduciendo una camioneta Ford Ranger\u2013 colision\u00f3 frontalmente, luego de invadir el carril contrario, contra un Ford A de colecci\u00f3n, que guiaba Arag\u00f3n y a quien acompa\u00f1a el peque\u00f1o Aramburu Teves.
