{"id":119670,"date":"2024-02-23T00:40:30","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T03:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=119670"},"modified":"2024-02-23T00:40:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T03:40:32","slug":"secuestro-de-arma-de-fuego-desobediencia-flagrante-en-madero-y-robo-agravado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/secuestro-de-arma-de-fuego-desobediencia-flagrante-en-madero-y-robo-agravado\/","title":{"rendered":"Secuestro de arma de fuego; desobediencia flagrante en Madero y robo agravado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Acciones de la Polic\u00eda Comunal de Pehuaj\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ALLANAMIENTO Y SECUESTRO DE ARMAS DE FUEGO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por amenazas de muerte y exhibici\u00f3n de un arma larga, se procedi\u00f3 a al allanamiento de un domicilio, donde se incaut\u00f3 armas de fuego y cartuchos intactos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-355.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-119671\" width=\"285\" height=\"507\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-355.png 900w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-355-450x800.png 450w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-355-768x1365.png 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-355-864x1536.png 864w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 285px) 100vw, 285px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo comenz\u00f3 a partir de la denuncia que present\u00f3 un vecino de Pehuaj\u00f3, despu\u00e9s de mantener una discusi\u00f3n con el ocupante del domicilio allanado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justicia no dispuso por el momento medidas privativas de la libertad, procedi\u00e9ndose a notificar de la formaci\u00f3n de causa que se investiga por el delito de AMENAZAS AGRAVADAS, bajo los fueros del Departamento Judicial de Trenque Lauquen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MEDIANTE ALLANAMIENTO SE RECUPERA UN TELEFONO CELULAR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El d\u00eda 18 de febrero de 2024, se toma conocimiento por parte de una femenina mayor, que en circunstancias en las que concurre a domicilio de otra femenina de 26 a\u00f1os, a quien conoce. Al retirarse olvida su tel\u00e9fono celular marca SAMSUNG, A 4 de color negro. Regres\u00f3 para reclamarlo y le negaron que hubiese quedado en el lugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-356.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-119672\" width=\"343\" height=\"230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-356.png 1339w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-356-800x538.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-356-768x516.png 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-356-1024x688.png 1024w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-356-675x450.png 675w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se dio inicio a actuaciones penales en donde el fiscal del caso tramit\u00f3 ante el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas de Trenque Lauquen un ORDEN DE ALLANAMIENTO, efectiviz\u00e1ndose en conjunto entre personal G.T.O. de Estaci\u00f3n Polic\u00eda Comunal Pehuaj\u00f3, y D.D.I. Trenque Lauquen, arrojando resultado POSITIVO, logr\u00e1ndose la incautaci\u00f3n del celular, el cual fue reconocido por la v\u00edctima. Se procedi\u00edo para con la investigada a notificarse de la formaci\u00f3n de la causa, la que se instruye bajo los fueros del Departamento Judicial de Trenque Lauquen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UN APREHENDIDO POR DESOBEDIENCIA FLAGRANTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal del Destacamento de Francisco Madero, procedi\u00f3 a la APREHENSI\u00d3N, del ciudadano GROSSO, OSCAR ALEXIS, de 19 a\u00f1os, quien fuera sorprendido quebrantando medidas de prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento, para con una menor de 16 a\u00f1os, medidas ordenadas por el Juzgado de la Familia N\u00ba 1 de Pehuaj\u00f3.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-357.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-119673\" width=\"491\" height=\"331\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez puesto el aprehendido a disposici\u00f3n del fiscal en turno, previo a recepcionarle indagatoria penal, le otorg\u00f3 su libertad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE ESCLARECE ROBO AGRAVADO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En causa iniciada el d\u00eda 11 de febrero de 2024, donde un vecino de Pehuaj\u00f3 puso en conocimiento que en circunstancias en las que se encontraba en la vereda de Avenida Per\u00f3n al 1285 de la ciudad, se apersona un masculino mayor, quien tras breve di\u00e1logo, le aplica golpe de pu\u00f1o en rostro, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sustrajo $ 10.000 en efectivo, un juego de llaves, un reloj marca ROLEX Geneve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-358.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-119674\" width=\"492\" height=\"1103\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-358.png 713w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-358-357x800.png 357w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 492px) 100vw, 492px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En consecuencia, personal G.T.O. de Estaci\u00f3n Polic\u00eda Comunal Pehuaj\u00f3, establece de averiguaciones practicadas la autor\u00eda del hecho por parte de COSTICH JONATAN, de 25 a\u00f1os, perteneciente a la comunidad gitana, quien posee dos domicilios uno en \u00c1lvaro Barros 2880, y otro en Av. Trabajadores 1944, de la ciudad de Olavarr\u00eda, donde por orden del Juzgado de Garant\u00edas en turno, se procedi\u00f3 a dar complimiento a ORDEN DE ALLANAMIENTO, conjuntamente con personal de D.D.I., Trenque Lauquen, lo que motiv\u00f3 comisionar a personal y medios a la ciudad del cemento, arrojando resultado POSITIVO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-359.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-119675\" width=\"510\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-359.png 1280w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-359-800x600.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-359-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-359-1024x768.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se incaut\u00f3 un manojo de llaves y el reloj de la v\u00edctima, en poder del investigado.
