{"id":121117,"date":"2024-03-15T21:18:44","date_gmt":"2024-03-16T00:18:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=121117"},"modified":"2024-03-15T21:18:45","modified_gmt":"2024-03-16T00:18:45","slug":"depresion-en-los-deportistas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/depresion-en-los-deportistas\/","title":{"rendered":"Depresi\u00f3n en los deportistas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Para muchos deportistas la presi\u00f3n\u00a0no solo reside en los riesgos f\u00edsicos y cumplir con metas y objetivos, tambi\u00e9n la\u00a0<strong>salud mental\u00a0<\/strong>suele verse afectada durante su carrera deportiva y una vez llegado el retiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ra\u00edz de un descargo en redes de un ex futbolista en el que manifest\u00f3 serios problemas de depresi\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>Sebasti\u00e1n Blasco, director de la Diplomatura en Psicolog\u00eda del Deporte de la Universidad Austral<\/strong>, reflexiona sobre la necesidad de generar espacios adecuados para que los atletas puedan manifestarse abiertamente sobre aquellos problemas vinculados con la salud mental que sufren a diario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compartimos el an\u00e1lisis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cEn las \u00faltimas horas, quienes seguimos de cerca el mundo deportivo hemos sido testigos de las declaraciones de un reconocido delantero y goleador argentino, quien ha expresado abiertamente las dificultades que enfrenta en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda. En un entorno deportivo que constantemente nos insta a \u00abmantenernos bien a pesar de todo\u00bb, que nos empuja a \u00abapretar los dientes y seguir adelante\u00bb, y que insiste en que el espect\u00e1culo debe continuar a toda costa, cada vez m\u00e1s deportistas est\u00e1n mostrando que en su interior experimentan emociones muy diferentes\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abEs evidente que la cuarentena ha acelerado un movimiento que ya estaba en marcha a nivel cultural, permitiendo que muchos deportistas se atrevan a expresar su vulnerabilidad. \u00bfSignifica esto que antes no experimentaban estas sensaciones? Seguramente no, pero tal vez no encontraban espacios adecuados para hacerlo. Creo que hoy en d\u00eda estamos siendo m\u00e1s compasivos, abriendo paso a la expresi\u00f3n de las emociones\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abComo espectadores, debemos ser conscientes de que estos \u00eddolos deportivos, de Simone Biles hasta aqu\u00ed, nos est\u00e1n pidiendo que seamos m\u00e1s emp\u00e1ticos y comprensivos con ellos. Est\u00e1n dispuestos a mostrarnos sus imperfecciones, que antes ocultaban con gran esfuerzo, para que los veamos como seres humanos reales\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abComo deportistas, destacar el valor y la importancia de descubrir un sentido genuino en la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del dinero, el reconocimiento y los trofeos. Si no tenemos un sentido, hacemos cosas sinsentido\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abComo amantes del deporte, debemos recordar que al final del d\u00eda, solo se trata de un juego, nada m\u00e1s y nada menos. Como dijo alguna vez Valdano: \u00abEl f\u00fatbol es lo m\u00e1s importante, de las cosas menos importantes\u00bb. La vida transcurre en otro plano\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abTenemos mucho trabajo por delante. Necesitamos aprender a mirar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del atleta, a reconocer y aceptar su vulnerabilidad, que nos recuerda su humanidad\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"
