homebanking del Banco de La Pampa<\/a>, demand\u00f3 a la entidad bancaria despu\u00e9s de rechazar la propuesta de reintegro monetario presentada por la parte denunciada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" financiera consist\u00eda en la devoluci\u00f3n total de casi 4 millones de pesos sustra\u00eddos de la cuenta de Claudia Viviana Saint Germain, por medio de una operatoria de suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad (phishing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denunciante, propietaria de una \u00f3ptica en Coronel Pringles, se opuso a la oferta porque el banco se neg\u00f3 al pago de \u00abintereses\u00bb compensatorios y a hacerse cargo de los \u00abgastos tributarios\u00bb&nbsp;que la mujer debi\u00f3 afrontar por la transacci\u00f3n fraudulenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo confirm\u00f3 a\u00a0<em><strong>La Nueva de Bah\u00eda Blanca.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Fernando Mas, abogado de la comerciante perjudicada, quien tambi\u00e9n hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la \u00abdemora\u00bb en la negociaci\u00f3n por parte de dicha Sociedad de Econom\u00eda Mixta (SEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modus operandi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saint Germain declar\u00f3 que el 21 de febrero pasado\u00a0accedi\u00f3 a su homebanking de la instituci\u00f3n financiera y en la pantalla de su computadora apareci\u00f3 el mensaje \u201cEl Banco de La Pampa est\u00e1 actualizando el sistema de seguridad\u201d, con el logo del ente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s hab\u00eda seis \u00edtems para completar, entre ellos datos clave con el supuesto fin de autenticar su identidad, medida que la estafada relacion\u00f3 con la actualizaci\u00f3n aut\u00e9ntica requerida por el banco a partir del 15 de enero de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn esa ocasi\u00f3n se le pidi\u00f3 la actualizaci\u00f3n del homebanking desde todas sus plataformas, entonces actualiz\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil del banco con su tel\u00e9fono celular, porque en ese momento estaba de vacaciones y no ten\u00eda la computadora laboral que utiliza siempre\u201d, explic\u00f3 Mas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cD\u00edas despu\u00e9s, cuando estaba usando la plataforma en la PC de su trabajo, le apareci\u00f3 otra vez el mensaje de pedido de actualizaci\u00f3n, pero al principio no sospech\u00f3 porque ya hab\u00eda actualizado la app en su celular\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claudia inici\u00f3 el proceso de actualizaci\u00f3n del HB con el ordenador, pero le llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n la gran cantidad de datos que le solicitaban, por eso se logue\u00f3 en la app del banco con su celular y constat\u00f3 una transferencia de $ 3,9 millones que ella no hab\u00eda hecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/px.cdn.lanueva.com\/042024\/1712153261193\/pampa.JPG?cw=807\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n se hizo desde su cuenta corriente radicada en la sucursal pringlense del Banco de La Pampa,&nbsp;hacia una caja de ahorro del Banco Galicia a nombre de Julia Lodetti Alves, con la CUIT 20-96190399-9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El monto se transfiri\u00f3 de manera \u201cautom\u00e1tica\u201d y el n\u00famero del DNI de la destinataria corresponde a una persona extranjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fuentes: lanueva.com y
