La condena fue producto del acuerdo de juicio abreviado al que arribaron el fiscal, Cristian Casais, la defensora Silvina Blanco G\u00f3mez y el imputado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que derivaron en la condena ocurrieron en dos jornadas seguidas. El 23 de marzo de 2024, cuando la pareja estaba en el domicilio donde conviv\u00edan desde hac\u00eda 10 a\u00f1os. Se gener\u00f3 una discusi\u00f3n entre ambos, ante el pedido de la mujer de dar por finalizada la relaci\u00f3n, solicit\u00e1ndole que se retire del domicilio, \u00abneg\u00e1ndose est\u00e9 totalmente, poni\u00e9ndose en un estado de agresividad vociferando insultos a viva voz, tom\u00e1ndola de sus brazos y zamarre\u00e1ndola por la casa, caus\u00e1ndole hematomas en cara anterior de ambos brazos\u00bb.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, en horas de la madrugada del 24 de marzo el hombre sorprendi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima \u00abmientras se hallaba descansando en la habitaci\u00f3n de su hijo, coloc\u00e1ndose encima de su cuerpo con un cuchillo tipo carnicero, con mango de aspa de ciervo y hoja lisa, aduciendole \u00abTe lo voy a clavar, te lo voy a clavar\u00bb, a lo que misma lo empuja con sus manos y en ese forcejeo, resulta lesionada en su mano izquierda, m\u00e1s precisamente en el nudillo del dedo indice\u00bb. \u00abQue luego de ello, (la mujer) recogi\u00f3 las pertenencias de su pareja y se las dejo en el exterior de la vivienda, momento en el cual mismo sale a buscarlas, aprovechando femenina en un estado de desesperaci\u00f3n cerrar con llaves las puertas de la morada, mientras (el hombre) a los gritos le pide de volver a ingresar, con insultos y amenazas, logrando ingresar a la vivienda por una de las ventanas de las habitaciones desprendiendo la reja\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minutos m\u00e1s tarde se hizo presente personal policial y demor\u00f3 al hombre, quien al ser apresado manifest\u00f3: \u00abya vas a ver vos, esta me la vas a pagar\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza Gr\u00e9gire homolog\u00f3 el acuerdo de juicio abreviado y conden\u00f3 al hombre de 35 a\u00f1os \u00abpor considerarlo autor material y penalmente responsable los delitos de Lesiones leves calificadas por la relaci\u00f3n de pareja en concurso real con amenazas simples y amenazas agravadas por el uso de arma impropia los que deben concursar todos de manera real, todo ello valorado en los par\u00e1metros de la ley 26.485 e imponer la pena de un a\u00f1o de prisi\u00f3n en suspenso\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, tiene una restricci\u00f3n de acercamiento y contacto de 100 metros.
