transferirle los fondos para las jubilaciones bonaerenses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo dictamin\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>Procuraci\u00f3n General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>, quien se pronunci\u00f3 de esa manera en el marco del pedido de medida cautelar que formul\u00f3 el gobernador\u00a0<strong>Axel Kicillof<\/strong>\u00a0ante la decisi\u00f3n de Naci\u00f3n de cortar los aportes para la caja provincial previstos por una ley que atraves\u00f3 los \u00faltimos siete gobiernos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa Provincia de Buenos Aires deduce acci\u00f3n declarativa de certeza contra el Estado Nacional con el objeto de que se declare la inconstitucionalidad del decreto de necesidad y urgencia DNU y que, en consecuencia, el Estado Nacional \u2018restablezca las
