Fuentes de la Superintendencia de Seguros de la Naci\u00f3n informaron que la prohibici\u00f3n no entrar\u00e1 en vigor como se hab\u00eda anunciado previamente.&nbsp;Esta decisi\u00f3n surge tras varios pedidos de informes y cuestionamientos sobre la medida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida hab\u00eda generado controversia.\u00a0Incluso,\u00a0el vocero presidencial, Manuel Adorni, hab\u00eda confirmado que no se revertir\u00eda la decisi\u00f3n de modificar el servicio de gr\u00faas ofrecido por las compa\u00f1\u00edas aseguradoras en todo el pa\u00eds. La Resoluci\u00f3n SSN 217\/2024, que deb\u00eda entrar en vigor el 1 de julio, eliminaba la obligaci\u00f3n de las aseguradoras de incluir servicios de gr\u00faa y asistencia mec\u00e1nica en sus p\u00f3lizas de autos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A finales de abril la Superintendencia de Seguros de la Naci\u00f3n (SNN), a cargo de Guillermo Plate, hab\u00eda anunciado que las empresas de seguros de autos deb\u00edan excluir los servicios de gr\u00faas o remolques y asistencia mec\u00e1nica en todo el pa\u00eds. Sin embargo, la SNN confirm\u00f3 este viernes la firma de la resoluci\u00f3n 269\/2024, que revierte la medida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La misma iba a regir desde el 24 de julio. La Resoluci\u00f3n 217\/2024, publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, hab\u00eda planteado el objetivo de desregular el sector, \u201cproteger al ciudadano\u201d y aumentar la competencia.
