{"id":126285,"date":"2024-06-25T16:19:26","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T19:19:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=126285"},"modified":"2024-06-25T16:19:27","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T19:19:27","slug":"la-came-sociedad-rural-y-coninagro-durisimas-con-la-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/la-came-sociedad-rural-y-coninagro-durisimas-con-la-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"La CAME, SOCIEDAD RURAL Y CONINAGRO dur\u00edsimas con la Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"540\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-205.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-125812\" style=\"width:406px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Confederaci\u00f3n Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME), la Sociedad Rural Argentina (SRA) y la Confederaci\u00f3n Intercooperativa Agropecuaria (CONINAGRO) recibieron respuesta de la&nbsp;C\u00e1mara Nacional de Apelaciones del Trabajo (CNAT) respecto a la presentaci\u00f3n efectuada en fecha 3 de mayo del corriente a\u00f1o, donde se solicit\u00f3 la reducci\u00f3n de la tasa de inter\u00e9s aplicable para cr\u00e9ditos laborales en la Justicia Nacional del Trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La C\u00e1mara Nacional de Apelaciones del Trabajo luego de dos presentaciones contra la tasa de inter\u00e9s aplicable al fuero se limit\u00f3 a \u201c<em>tener presente<\/em>\u201d el pedido formulado.
