M\u00e1s de 350 exponentes de esta golosina compitieron en 18 categor\u00edas, pero s\u00f3lo uno se llev\u00f3 el primer puesto de todo el certamen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jurado de este evento estuvo compuesto por chefs, pasteleros y catadores especializados en este producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los productos de la marca Romah se caracterizan por su abundante relleno: entre 40 y 50 gramos de dulce de leche, crema de pistacho o membrillo, seg\u00fan la variedad elegida. Si bien esta firma tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda presentado un alfajor cl\u00e1sico (de dulce de leche y ba\u00f1ado en chocolate) que gan\u00f3 el oro, el campe\u00f3n result\u00f3 ser el m\u00e1s gourmet: uno de crema de pistacho ba\u00f1ando en chocolate blanco y con tapas elaboradas en harina de almendras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1230\" height=\"620\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-365.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-126367\" style=\"width:464px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-365.png 1230w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-365-800x403.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-365-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-365-768x387.png 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-365-1024x516.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1230px) 100vw, 1230px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs un producto nuevo al que llegamos hace 20 o 30 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de hacer muchas pruebas. Quer\u00edamos presentar algo bien diferente\u201d, coment\u00f3 a Clar\u00edn Gourmet Juli\u00e1n Bascar\u00e1n, el emprendedor que junto a su mujer Micaela de los R\u00edos lleva adelante este proyecto en Chivilcoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su cat\u00e1logo hay unas doce variedades de alfajores que llegan a pesar hasta 85 gramos -el doble que los que se venden en los kioscos-. Producen unas mil unidades por d\u00eda y venden en Bariloche, Mendoza, ciudades bonaerenses como Chivilcoy, Bragado, San Pedro y Ramallo y tambi\u00e9n en CABA donde se consiguen por alrededor de $ 1.500.
