Un productor de Salliquel\u00f3 cosech\u00f3 un repollo gigante que pes\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 9 kilos y medio. Se trata de Lucio Campo Aguilar que trabaja una unidad productiva totalmente agroecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Campo Aguilar comenz\u00f3 a producir a gran escala hace tres a\u00f1os, en una unidad productiva de tres hect\u00e1reas cerca del casco urbano, donde posee un invernadero de 28 metros de ancho por 50 de largo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produce todo tipo de hortalizas como hoja, de tallos, de ra\u00edces y semillas, y como abono utiliza la cama de caballo de carrera de encierro (de stud).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El pasado 13 de enero cosech\u00f3 el repollo despu\u00e9s de tres meses de haberlo planteado que pes\u00f3 9 kilos 550 gramos. \u201cEs la primera vez que cosecho un repollo de ese tama\u00f1o y peso, en otra oportunidad sacamos una berenjena de 1 kilo\u201d, cont\u00f3 Lucio, quien tambi\u00e9n integra la Mesa Regional Hort\u00edcola junto a trabajadores de la zona y comparten la forma de producci\u00f3n sin agroqu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las hortalizas producida con m\u00e9todos agroecol\u00f3gicos y sin la utilizaci\u00f3n de pesticidas son comercializadas en una feria que se realiza todos los jueves en la plaza principal de Salliquel\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
