La Federaci\u00f3n Argentina de Empleados de Comercio y Servicios (FAECyS) confirm\u00f3 un nuevo aumento del 5% para los trabajadores del sector mercantil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acuerdo, firmado junto a la C\u00e1mara Argentina de Comercio y Servicios (CAC), la Confederaci\u00f3n Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME) y la Uni\u00f3n de Entidades Comerciales Argentinas (UDECA), impact\u00f3 en los sueldos de noviembre y diciembre de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, el gremio que conduce Armando Cavalieri dispuso que, por la desaceleraci\u00f3n de la inflaci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos meses, las subas de car\u00e1cter bimestral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tal como se\u00f1alaron en un comunicado, el incremento se aplicar\u00e1 \u00absobre las escalas de las remuneraciones b\u00e1sicas del convenio colectivo N\u00b0 130\/75 a cuyo efecto se tomar\u00e1 como base de c\u00e1lculo los valores expresados para el mes de octubre de 2024, m\u00e1s las sumas de car\u00e1cter no remunerativo a esa fecha\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo al entendimiento que firmaron las c\u00e1maras empresarias y la FAECyS, los b\u00e1sicos de los empleados de comercio se ubicar\u00e1n por encima de un $ 1.000.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abLa suba del 5% se abonar\u00e1 en su valor nominal y en dos tramos no acumulativos: 2,5% a partir de noviembre 2024 y 2,5% a partir de diciembre 2024\u00bb, detallaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
