A partir de la entrevista, Kovarsky en su cuenta de X (ex Twitter) recomienda a sus seguidores e interesados en la econom\u00eda del sector, escucharla. Est\u00e1 realizada con gran respeto y cierta \u00absociedad\u00bb period\u00edstica del conductor, pues este \u00faltimo no hace mucho tiempo estuvo dando una charla en Pellegrini en el marco de la expo y pregunta como si desconociera los avatares de la econom\u00eda agropecuaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto uno como el otro de los entrevistados hacen referencia a los efectos que produce el cobro de la tasa vial, la implicancia que tienen los caminos de tierra en el pa\u00eds, muy especialmente en territorio de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Tanto Kovarsky, como Ginestet se refieren al envejecimiento de la red vial interior, dando a conocer porcentajes que toda la sociedad deber\u00eda conocer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazzari es el titular del frigor\u00edfico C\u00e1rdenas dedicado a los embutidos. Pertenece a su familia. Fue creada por su padre hace 60 a\u00f1os y est\u00e1 instalada en Mataderos.
