{"id":143612,"date":"2025-07-02T19:52:50","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T22:52:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=143612"},"modified":"2025-07-04T23:00:22","modified_gmt":"2025-07-05T02:00:22","slug":"el-poder-ejecutivo-nacional-tendria-mayoria-automatica-en-la-toma-de-decisiones-del-inta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/el-poder-ejecutivo-nacional-tendria-mayoria-automatica-en-la-toma-de-decisiones-del-inta\/","title":{"rendered":"El Poder Ejecutivo Nacional tendr\u00eda mayor\u00eda autom\u00e1tica en la toma de decisiones del INTA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un decreto presidencial -que a\u00fan no fue publicado, pero ya circula- reformar\u00eda la gobernanza hist\u00f3rica del INTA,\u00a0<strong>permitiendo al Ejecutivo una mayor\u00eda autom\u00e1tica en la toma de decisiones<\/strong>, se\u00f1ala en una nota m\u00e1s extensa que la presente, el diario P\u00e1gina 12 en su sitio online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"452\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-247.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-133014\" style=\"width:476px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-247.png 860w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-247-800x420.png 800w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-247-768x404.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSe desmantelar\u00eda el Consejo Directivo Nacional, actualmente compuesto por representantes del Estado, de universidades y de entidades\u00a0del sector agropecuario.\u00a0En su lugar, se conformar\u00eda un nuevo consejo achicado a ocho sillas, en el que\u00a0<strong>el Estado nacional quedar\u00eda con cuatro lugares y la posibilidad del doble voto presidencial<\/strong>. Este esquema garantizar\u00eda el control pol\u00edtico pleno de los gobiernos de turno, que, en el caso de las actuales autoridades les permitir\u00eda \u00abavanzar en\u00a0cuestiones que ya se han presentado en el Consejo anterior y que han sido rechazadas\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Marcelo Echenique,<\/strong>\u00a0director de la Estaci\u00f3n Experimental del INTA Salta, al mismo medio porte\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta modificaci\u00f3n dar\u00eda luz verde a una serie de medidas previamente rechazadas por el actual Consejo Directivo, como el despido de todo el personal de planta no permanente (PNP), la desvinculaci\u00f3n de becarios -muchos en etapa avanzada de formaci\u00f3n-, el cierre de todas las Agencias de Extensi\u00f3n Rural (AER) y Oficinas T\u00e9cnicas (OT) del pa\u00eds, y el pase a disponibilidad de los Institutos de Investigaci\u00f3n para la Agricultura Familiar (IPAF) de todo el pa\u00eds.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n del INTA no es aislada. En paralelo, organismos como el CONICET, el SENASA o Agricultura Familiar han sufrido recortes, despidos, o directamente han sido desguazados, eliminando su presencia territorial en todo el
