Ahora la oposici\u00f3n deber\u00eda juntar dos tercios para insistir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque las normas hab\u00edan sido aprobadas por el Senado a comienzos de julio, el Poder Ejecutivo dilat\u00f3 la firma del rechazo con una estrategia pol\u00edtica: evitar el pronto regreso del debate a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, donde el oficialismo teme una derrota si se logra el n\u00famero necesario para rechazar el veto presidencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Casa Rosada se encuentra en plena ronda de negociaciones con gobernadores y bloques parlamentarios aliados con el objetivo de sostener el rechazo a las leyes vetadas. El oficialismo intenta blindar sus votos mediante ofrecimientos que incluyen el reparto de Aportes del Tesoro Nacional (ATN), as\u00ed como acuerdos puntuales con miras a las elecciones nacionales del 26 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ejecutivo argumenta que las leyes vetadas son \u00abfiscalmente inviables\u00bb en el marco del plan de ajuste estructural que impulsa la administraci\u00f3n libertaria, con el objetivo de alcanzar el d\u00e9ficit cero.
