Bol\u00edvar | La roci\u00f3 y prendi\u00f3 fuego: detuvieron a un hombre por intento de femicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>La Jefatura Departamental de Seguridad de Bol\u00edvar realiz\u00f3 un nuevo informe oficial en torno a la mujer de 33 a\u00f1os que ingres\u00f3 al hospital Capredoni el pasado viernes 10 de octubre con graves quemaduras en su cuerpo. La causa hab\u00eda sido caratulada como \u00abAveriguaci\u00f3n de Il\u00edcito\u00bb, pero fue modificada bajo el nombre de \u00abTentativa de femicidio\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la polic\u00eda local, alrededor de las 23:30 del 10 de octubre, ingres\u00f3 al hospital Dr. Miguel Capredoni, una mujer de 33 a\u00f1os con quemaduras en el cuerpo y rostro. La paciente manifest\u00f3 inicialmente que el accidente se habr\u00eda producido \u00abtras la explosi\u00f3n del horno de su domicilio\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, un familiar de la mujer declar\u00f3 ante la Polic\u00eda que ella \u00able habr\u00eda revelado que su pareja, un hombre de 37 a\u00f1os, le arroj\u00f3 alcohol y la prendi\u00f3 fuego, desconoci\u00e9ndose al momento los motivos que originaron la terrible situaci\u00f3n de violencia\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las autoridades actuaron conforme a las directivas impartidas por la Fiscal\u00eda 15 de Bol\u00edvar y con el fin de preservar las pruebas de inter\u00e9s, el lugar del hecho fue resguardado. Adem\u00e1s, se convoc\u00f3 la presencia de Polic\u00eda Cient\u00edfica, que llev\u00f3 adelante las tareas periciales correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La v\u00edctima fue diagnosticada con quemaduras de primer y segundo grado en rostro, t\u00f3rax, abdomen y miembros superiores. Por este motivo, qued\u00f3 internada en la Unidad de Terapia Intensiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En horas de la ma\u00f1ana del s\u00e1bado 11, la doctora M\u00f3nica Hern\u00e1ndez, de la Fiscal\u00eda local, se hizo presente en el Hospital, \u00abante las contradicciones entre su relato y el de su familiar y las sospechas que la v\u00edctima podr\u00eda encontrarse bajo amenazas. Con el fin de esclarecer los hechos, dispuso la realizaci\u00f3n de tareas judicial, llevadas a cabo en el Hospital con la presencia de personal de la Comisar\u00eda de la Mujer, la Sub DDI Bol\u00edvar\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A ra\u00edz de las diligencias, se estableci\u00f3 la autor\u00eda del hecho por parte de la pareja de la v\u00edctima, quien le provoc\u00f3 las lesiones, al rociarla con alcohol y prenderla fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante esto, el magistrado interviniente orden\u00f3 la inmediata aprehensi\u00f3n del agresor, ya que con las nuevas pruebas la investigaci\u00f3n dio un giro contundente y fue recaratulada como ‘Tentativa de femicidio’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La detenci\u00f3n del imputado estuvo a cargo del personal del GTO de la Comisar\u00eda de Bol\u00edvar y fue trasladado inicialmente a la dependencia local. Posteriormente, por razones de alojamiento, fue derivado a la Comisar\u00eda de Tapalqu\u00e9, donde qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
