Se recuerda que el aprehendido es por por comercializaci\u00f3n de estupefacientes. Id\u00e9ntico procedimiento se hab\u00eda aplicado a Luciano Barrientos, el que a las pocas horas y una vez que prest\u00f3 declaraci\u00f3n indagatoria (el s\u00e1bado 11) qued\u00f3 en libertad por falta de pruebas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Juez Crespo entendi\u00f3 que las pruebas presentadas por el fiscal Mart\u00edn Butti eran lo suficientemente contundentes, con relaci\u00f3n a Perdomo habiendo determinado la detenci\u00f3n por 30 d\u00edas y esperar\u00e1 el juicio oral en su contra privado de la libertad, si despu\u00e9s de ese plazo el juez as\u00ed lo
