No es s\u00f3lo trigo perdido. Son tambos que cerraron, vacas que tuvieron que venderse y caminos intransitables que dejaron a chicos sin ir a la escuela y a ambulancias sin poder entrar a los campos<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c<strong>Cuando llegan estos momentos, aparecen las alcantarillas que no se cambiaron, los alteos que no se hicieron y los canales que no se limpiaron<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Plan Maestro del R\u00edo Salado:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201c<strong>Si esas obras estuvieran listas, las inundaciones no durar\u00edan nueve meses. El agua escurrir\u00eda como corresponde<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Cr\u00edticas a la administraci\u00f3n provincial:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>\u00abEl gobierno proyecta aumentos por encima del 100% en el inmobiliario rural y que la provincia no discute eficiencia, s\u00f3lo recaudar\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>\u00abTras tres a\u00f1os de sequ\u00eda, la provincia aplic\u00f3 una cuota extra del 25% del inmobiliario, y este a\u00f1o volvi\u00f3 a hacerlo pese a la emergencia por inundaciones\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c<strong>Es raro que un municipio destine m\u00e1s del 50 o 55% de lo recaudado en tasa vial a los cam<\/strong><\/em><strong>inos<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>\u00abCARBAP trabaja junto a legisladores para modificar la ley fiscal provincial, aunque reconoci\u00f3 que \u201clos intereses pol\u00edticos suelen pesar m\u00e1s que los reclamos del sector\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Debates a nivel nacional<\/mark><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong><em>Celebr\u00f3 que se comience a discutir el presupuesto con gobernadores y legisladores, y plante\u00f3 la necesidad de avanzar hacia una reforma laboral y fiscal moderna.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c<strong>La Argentina no crea empleo privado hace m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os. No podemos seguir poniendo parches. Necesitamos reglas claras, menos burocracia y menos impuestos distorsivos<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">J\u00f3venes e Instituciones: <\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201c<strong>Hoy tenemos 370 chicos capacit\u00e1ndose en los Ateneos. Ellos son el futuro, pero tambi\u00e9n el presente. Las instituciones deben sostenerlos y acompa\u00f1arlos<\/strong>\u201d. <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c<strong>Las instituciones siempre fueron el sost\u00e9n del pa\u00eds en los momentos dif\u00edciles, como en la pandemia. Deben seguir si\u00e9ndolo<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c<strong>La Argentina puede y va a volver a ser grande, pero s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1 posible con instituciones fuertes,
