En el marco de esta situaci\u00f3n, compartimos\u00a0este informe que sistematizalos casos de despidos, cierres, suspensiones, crisis, riesgo de cierre, retiros voluntarios, quiebras y ventas de unidades productivas en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principales conclusiones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entre enero de 2024 y el 5 de febrero de 2026 se registraron al menos 717 casos de conflictividad laboral en Argentina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El sector m\u00e1s afectado fue la Industria, que concentr\u00f3 el 62,1% de los conflictos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La principal causa fueron los despidos (63,6%). Le siguieron los cierres de empresas (12,3%), las suspensiones (10%) y las crisis empresarias (7,8%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durante los primeros dos a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n (enero 2024 \u2013 febrero 2026), las PYMES fueron las m\u00e1s perjudicadas, representando el 39,1% de los casos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el 71,5% de los conflictos se trat\u00f3 de empresas de capital nacional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En t\u00e9rminos geogr\u00e1ficos, la zona centro del pa\u00eds concentr\u00f3 el 48% de los casos:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>-Buenos Aires: 25,8%<br>-Santa Fe: 10,5%<br>-C\u00f3rdoba: 6%<br>-Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires: 5,7%<br>-Entre R\u00edos: 3,3%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pas\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de las elecciones?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde las elecciones del 26 de octubre de 2025, lejos de moderarse, los conflictos se intensificaron. Entre enero de 2024 y septiembre de 2025 se registraron 507 casos (un promedio de 24 por mes). Tras los comicios, el promedio mensual ascendi\u00f3 a 42 casos, acumulando 210 conflictos entre las elecciones y febrero de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\"
