<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\nEl procedimiento se realiz\u00f3 en cumplimiento del art\u00edculo 30 de la Ley 23.737 que se\u00f1ala que \u201clas especies vegetales de Papaver somniferum L, Erithroxylon coca Lam y Cannabis sativa L se destruir\u00e1n por incineraci\u00f3n\u201d, y explica que \u201cla destrucci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 en acto p\u00fablico\u201d con la presencia de las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Estuvieron presentes en el acto, el Fiscal General Roberto Rubio; los secretarios de Ayudant\u00eda Fiscal de Drogas, Magdalena Espain y C\u00e9sar Spalla; y Cristina Botta de la Fiscal\u00eda General.
