Entre los considerandos de la misma el Ministerio de Desarrollo de la Comunidad se\u00f1ala que se impulsa la presente medida en el marco de la Ley N\u00b0 15.557, por la cual se declar\u00f3 el estado de emergencia econ\u00f3mica en la Provincia, \u201cen atenci\u00f3n a la profunda recesi\u00f3n y a la afectaci\u00f3n de los recursos provinciales, debido al incumplimiento, mora y\/o detracci\u00f3n por parte del Estado Nacional de las transferencias autom\u00e1ticas y no autom\u00e1ticas que le corresponden a la Provincia de Buenos Aires\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"354\" height=\"236\" src=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-255.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-157457\" style=\"width:602px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno bonaerense oficializ\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n por noventa d\u00edas del programa MESA.
