alcanzado prestigio realiz\u00f3 algunos adelantos de lo que se ofrecer\u00e1 en el Congreso de Producci\u00f3n Porcina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El c<strong>onsumo\u00a0<\/strong>de carne de cerdo\u00a0<strong>aument\u00f3 un 9%<\/strong>\u00a0en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La\u00a0<strong>producci\u00f3n creci\u00f3 un 24%<\/strong>\u00a0en los \u00faltimos 5 a\u00f1os y viene mostrando un\u00a0<strong>crecimiento sostenido\u00a0<\/strong>en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>precio\u00a0<\/strong>de la carne de cerdo\u00a0<strong>aument\u00f3 9 puntos menos que la inflaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, a diferencia de la carne de vaca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o se necesit\u00f3\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s kilos de cerdo para comprar cada kilo de ma\u00edz.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La\u00a0<strong>faena\u00a0<\/strong>est\u00e1 un<strong>\u00a06% arriba respecto al a\u00f1o anterior<\/strong>\u00a0pero un<strong>\u00a06,4% debajo respecto al
