Tras la decisi\u00f3n, su defensa analiza recurrir al Tribunal de Casaci\u00f3n Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El abogado Rafael Acu\u00f1a busca revertir la medida que mantiene detenido al edil y tambi\u00e9n insiste con la posibilidad de que cumpla la prisi\u00f3n preventiva bajo arresto domiciliario en su vivienda de O\u2019Brien. El planteo se fundamenta en que D\u00edaz, seg\u00fan expuso su defensa, est\u00e1 a cargo del cuidado de su madre, de 90 a\u00f1os.
