Confederaciones Rurales Argentinas (CRA) -que preside el entrerriano Jorge Chemes- envi\u00f3 una nota al Gobierno, solicitando medidas para preservar los empleos que genera el sector agropecuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre otras puntos, piden la postergaci\u00f3n de todos los vencimientos impositivos y previsionales de Naci\u00f3n, Provincias y Municipios hasta el 31 de julio, con condonaci\u00f3n de intereses y sanciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los puntos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
1- Postergaci\u00f3n de todos los vencimientos impositivos y previsionales de Naci\u00f3n, Provincias y Municipios hasta el 31 de julio de este a\u00f1o, con condonaci\u00f3n de intereses y sanciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2- Ampliaci\u00f3n del alcance de la actual moratoria a todos los contribuyentes (no solo para las pymes), extendiendo el plazo a las deudas vencidas al 31 de marzo pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3- Modificaci\u00f3n del calendario de consolidaci\u00f3n del plan de pagos (moratoria) seg\u00fan RG AFIP 4667\/2020 (hasta marzo permite 120 cuotas y en abril 90 cuotas). El Dec 316\/2020 s\u00f3lo se refiere al plazo de vencimiento final de la moratoria que era abril 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4- Deducci\u00f3n especial en el Impuesto a las Ganancias de los sueldos totales abonados, equivalentes a: a) 300% para empresas que mantienen la n\u00f3mina salarial; b) 200% para empresas que reducen solo el 10% de la n\u00f3mina; c) 100% para empresas que reducen solo el 20% de la n\u00f3mina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5- Permitir la deducci\u00f3n de las donaciones sin tope destinadas a fines sanitarios, hospitalarios, comedores y victimas del coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6- Establecer la amortizaci\u00f3n acelerada en el Impuesto a las Ganancias de los bienes del activo fijo, en un solo ejercicio (excepto los autom\u00f3viles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7- Aumento del m\u00ednimo no imponible de las contribuciones patronales, hasta $30.000 por cada trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8- Permitir el c\u00f3mputo del 100% del ajuste por inflaci\u00f3n en un solo ejercicio fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9- Eliminar pago de la cuota 5 del Anticipo ganancias personas f\u00edsicas al igual que anticipos de personas jur\u00eddicas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
