{"id":63379,"date":"2020-06-10T00:46:11","date_gmt":"2020-06-10T03:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=63379"},"modified":"2020-06-11T01:25:11","modified_gmt":"2020-06-11T04:25:11","slug":"avanza-la-creacion-de-un-fondo-federal-de-transporte-automotor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/avanza-la-creacion-de-un-fondo-federal-de-transporte-automotor\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanza la creaci\u00f3n de un Fondo Federal de Transporte Automotor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Transportes de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Naci\u00f3n dictamin\u00f3 a favor de un proyecto que crea el Fondo Federal de Transporte Automotor y una iniciativa que establece al Sistema \u00danico de Boleto Electr\u00f3nico (SUBE) como \u201cpol\u00edtica p\u00fablica en materia econ\u00f3mica, social y de transporte del Estado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"920\" height=\"515\" src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-06-09-at-22.59.12-920x515.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63381\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-06-09-at-22.59.12-920x515.jpeg 920w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-06-09-at-22.59.12-460x257.jpeg 460w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-06-09-at-22.59.12-768x430.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-06-09-at-22.59.12-1024x573.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-06-09-at-22.59.12.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 920px) 100vw, 920px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En una reuni\u00f3n llevada a cabo mediante videoconferencia, el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Cano (UCR), explic\u00f3 los lineamientos del proyecto que establece el Fondo Federal de Transporte Automotor (FOFETRAA), previamente trabajado entre asesores y con aportes del Ministerio de Transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIncluimos expresamente el objeto de asistir economicamente al transporte urbano e interurbano automotor de pasajeros\u201d, dijo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, el diputado Jorge Rizzotti, de la UCR, firmante del proyecto, expres\u00f3 que el objetivo \u201ces acompa\u00f1ar desde el Estado la situac\u00ed\u00f3n que est\u00e1 atravesando el transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros\u201d en el marco de la pandemia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la diputada Romina Del Pl\u00e1, del Frente de Izquierda y de los Trabajadores, reflexion\u00f3 acerca del sistema de subsidios. \u201cHay un subsidio a los due\u00f1os de las empresas y esto no redunda en el pago de salarios a los trabajadores y en que se sostenga un servicio que necesitan los usuarios\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el diputado Jorge Romero, del Frente de Todos, plante\u00f3 la inquietud acerca de que \u201cesta ley no soluciona la asimetr\u00eda que existe entre el AMBA y el resto del pa\u00eds\u201d en materia de subsidios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n desde el Frente de Todos, el diputado Facundo Moyano celebr\u00f3 el dictamen del proyecto. \u201cEs una muestra de la racionalidad y la responsabilidad que estamos teniendo como Comisi\u00f3n\u201d, resumi\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video controls src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Video-2020-06-09-at-22.59.11.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la Comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n avanz\u00f3 con un proyecto que establece al Sistema \u00danico de Boleto Electr\u00f3nico (SUBE) como pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica en materia econ\u00f3mica, social y de transporte del Estado. Se crea tambi\u00e9n una Sociedad del Estado dedicada a su desarrollo, expansi\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado Carlos Selva, del Frente de Todos, explic\u00f3 que la iniciativa tiende a \u201chomogeneizar el sistema SUBE\u201d. \u201cBusca darle eficiencia, mejorar su servicio y, adem\u00e1s, estamos volviendo la SUBE al ministerio de Transporte, creando una sociedad del Estado, cuando hoy est\u00e1 en una entidad privada\u201d, resumi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que el sistema \u201cva a cubrir una demanda de datos desde lo social, para tener
