proyecto sobre la justicia penal federal y crea juzgados y c\u00e1maras de apelaciones en las provincias, en una sesi\u00f3n especial en la que el oficialismo decidi\u00f3 eliminar la alusi\u00f3n a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo en el que se obliga a los jueces a denunciar presiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img 460px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta del Gobierno fue aprobada por 40 votos afirmativos del Frente de Todos y sus aliados contra 26 votos negativos de la bancada opositora de Juntos por el Cambio, que mantuvo sus cuestionamientos, por considerar que la reforma \u00abno era prioritaria\u00bb en medio de la pandemia de coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa, que ahora deber\u00e1 ser tratada por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, crea un nuevo fuero penal federal y m\u00e1s juzgados, fiscal\u00edas y c\u00e1maras de apelaciones en siete provincias con la meta puesta en fortalecer el sistema de justicia, y desde el oficialismo se afirm\u00f3 que se trata del \u00abpuntapi\u00e9 inicial\u00bb de una reforma que \u00abdebe ser m\u00e1s
