{"id":67912,"date":"2020-09-19T01:46:24","date_gmt":"2020-09-19T04:46:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=67912"},"modified":"2020-09-24T01:54:15","modified_gmt":"2020-09-24T04:54:15","slug":"el-banco-provincia-creo-una-gerencia-de-mujeres-y-aprobo-un-protocolo-contra-la-violencia-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/el-banco-provincia-creo-una-gerencia-de-mujeres-y-aprobo-un-protocolo-contra-la-violencia-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"El Banco Provincia cre\u00f3 una Gerencia de Mujeres y aprob\u00f3 un protocolo contra la violencia de g\u00e9nero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Directorio de Banco Provincia cre\u00f3 una Gerencia de Mujeres, G\u00e9neros y Diversidad, y aprob\u00f3 un Protocolo de acci\u00f3n institucional para la prevenci\u00f3n e intervenci\u00f3n ante situaciones de violencia, discriminaci\u00f3n u orientaci\u00f3n sexual.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Cuattromo, presidente de la entidad financiera, indic\u00f3 que \u201cestas iniciativas forman parte del conjunto de acciones que estamos llevando adelante desde el comienzo de la gesti\u00f3n, en l\u00ednea con las pol\u00edticas impulsadas por los gobiernos nacional y provincial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"460\" height=\"307\" src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casa-Central-Banco-Provincia-fachada-460x307.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67913\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casa-Central-Banco-Provincia-fachada-460x307.jpg 460w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casa-Central-Banco-Provincia-fachada-920x613.jpg 920w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casa-Central-Banco-Provincia-fachada-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casa-Central-Banco-Provincia-fachada-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casa-Central-Banco-Provincia-fachada-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casa-Central-Banco-Provincia-fachada-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Casa-Central-Banco-Provincia-fachada-675x450.jpg 675w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva \u00e1rea depender\u00e1 del Directorio y su misi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 coordinar la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas institucionales de paridad e igualdad de oportunidades entre los g\u00e9neros, respeto por la orientaci\u00f3n sexual, la identidad y la expresi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero de manera transversal en todos los \u00e1mbitos org\u00e1nicos del Banco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa creaci\u00f3n de una Gerencia de Mujeres significa un cambio cultural y operativo hist\u00f3rico en uno de los \u00e1mbitos m\u00e1s controlados por el patriarcado, como es el mundo de las finanzas y el sistema bancario\u00bb, expres\u00f3 Juliana&nbsp;di Tullio, directora de la entidad y coordinadora de la Comisi\u00f3n de Mujeres, Pol\u00edticas de G\u00e9nero y Diversidad Sexual, creada en marzo de este a\u00f1o y desde donde surgieron las nuevas medidas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSin la inclusi\u00f3n de la mujer al sistema financiero la igualdad de g\u00e9nero estar\u00eda incompleta y esta Gerencia es una estructura fundamental para avanzar hacia ese objetivo\u00bb, indic\u00f3 la directora. Y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cEs momento de entender que el mundo de las finanzas debe adecuarse a los cambios que hace ya tiempo experimenta la sociedad argentina.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di Tullio explic\u00f3 que \u00abuna de las primeras funciones de la nueva \u00e1rea ser\u00e1 implementar el protocolo para prevenir, eliminar y sancionar la violencia en el \u00e1mbito laboral, que es una deuda hist\u00f3rica del Banco con sus trabajadoras\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esa l\u00ednea, el director secretario Diego Rodrigo celebr\u00f3 la puesta en marcha del protocolo porque tiene \u201cun enfoque integral, que adem\u00e1s de prevenir y sancionar posibles situaciones de violencia de g\u00e9nero que se produzcan en el \u00e1mbito de trabajo, busca educar y fomentar un cambio cultural al interior de la organizaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el director Sebasti\u00e1n Galmarini indic\u00f3 que \u201cla nueva Gerencia de Mujeres nos permitir\u00e1 seguir trabajando para mejorar las relaciones laborales; eliminar las brechas entre hombres, mujeres y diversidades; y promover la inclusi\u00f3n financiera de las mujeres y las diversidades\u201d. Asimismo, destac\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de un protocolo para \u201cerradicar el acoso y la violencia laboral y acompa\u00f1ar a las mujeres y diversidades que sean v\u00edctimas de violencia de
