Fue creada en el a\u00f1o 2019 con miembros del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo en Fermentaciones Industriales <strong>(CINDEFI) <\/strong>dependiente de la <strong>UNLP<\/strong> y <strong>CONICET<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/407d98e1-fae2-4af8-8855-be109f37d5e5-460x307.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58057\"\/><figcaption>Sotullo Lanz, Mart\u00edn<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>CINDEFI<\/strong> es uno de los centros de investigaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante de Latinoam\u00e9rica en el \u00e1rea de los Bioprocesos. La empresa se form\u00f3 con el objeto de crear una compa\u00f1\u00eda de base tecnol\u00f3gica que brinde servicios de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo con la finalidad de Impulsar el desarrollo de las industrias del sector biotecnol\u00f3gico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Dr Sebasti\u00e1n Cavalitto, investigador de <strong>CONICET<\/strong>, actual director del centro, profesor del \u00e1rea de biotecnolog\u00eda de la <strong>UNLP<\/strong>; el Dr. Gast\u00f3n Ort\u00edz, investigador de <strong>CONICET<\/strong>, docente de la <strong>UNSAM<\/strong>, <strong>UNAHUR<\/strong> y el Lic. Juan Manuel Crespo, profesional independiente, docente de la <strong>UNLP<\/strong> y <strong>UNSAM<\/strong>, forman parte de este grupo de emprendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bamboo Biotech<\/strong> se asoci\u00f3 a la empresa <strong>Alimentos Proteicos SA<\/strong>, una empresa del sector agropecuario y a <strong>Farmacoop<\/strong>, una cooperativa farmac\u00e9utica recuperada, para poder llevar adelante el desarrollo de un test que detecta los anticuerpos generados como respuesta inmune frente al <strong>SARS-CoV-2<\/strong>.
