{"id":68954,"date":"2020-10-05T00:23:15","date_gmt":"2020-10-05T03:23:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=68954"},"modified":"2020-10-05T00:36:55","modified_gmt":"2020-10-05T03:36:55","slug":"hoy-5-de-octubre-es-el-dia-del-camino-en-la-argentina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/hoy-5-de-octubre-es-el-dia-del-camino-en-la-argentina\/","title":{"rendered":"Hoy, 5 de Octubre, es el D\u00eda del Camino en la Argentina"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hoy, 5 de Octubre, es el <strong>\u201cD\u00cdA DEL CAMINO\u201d<\/strong>, institu\u00eddo en recordaci\u00f3n del <strong>\u201cPRIMER CONGRESO PANAMERICANO DE CARRETERAS\u201d<\/strong>, celebrado en Buenos Aires en el a\u00f1o 1925.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/camino-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68957\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/camino-1.jpg 512w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/camino-1-460x345.jpg 460w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En la d\u00e9cada del veinte, solo se contaba con el antiguo camino pavimentado a La Plata, constru\u00eddo con solado de granitillo importado de Suecia y Noruega, y el camino Mor\u00f3n-Luj\u00e1n con pavimento de hormig\u00f3n armado dise\u00f1ado por el Ing. Eduardo Arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tr\u00e1nsito automotor, en continuo crecimiento, de 180.000 veh\u00edculos en el a\u00f1o 1925, sobrepasa los 400.000 en el a\u00f1o 1930, planteando requerimientos perentorios para sus necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ley sancionada en 1907, denominada Ley MITRE, estableci\u00f3 la obligaci\u00f3n a cargo de las empresas que explotaban los ferrocarriles de aportar el 3% del producto l\u00edquido resultante de su explotaci\u00f3n, quedando eximidos de todo otro tipo de impuestos durante 40 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para atender esas necesidades, por iniciativa del Gobierno Nacional, se logra un convenio con las empresas productoras e importadoras de nafta de dos (2) centavos por litro vendido, con lo cual se constituy\u00f3&nbsp;el primer FONDO ESPEC\u00cdFICO&nbsp;para construcci\u00f3n de caminos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal metodolog\u00eda fue muy bien recibida y adoptada por los propios consumidores, y en esa inteligencia, el Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n aprueba bajo el Gobierno del General Agust\u00edn P. Justo el&nbsp;5 de OCTUBRE de 1932 la sabia Ley N\u00ba 11.658, denominada \u201cLey de Vialidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para complementar se design\u00f3 al Ing. Justiniano Allende Posse como primer Presidente de la nueva Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vialidad DNV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Institu\u00eddo en
