El diputado\u00a0de\u00a0la Coalici\u00f3n C\u00edvica y titular\u00a0de\u00a0ese partido en la provincia\u00a0de\u00a0Buenos Aires, sali\u00f3 al cruce\u00a0de\u00a0los rumores\u00a0de\u00a0un acuerdo entre el oficialismo y la oposici\u00f3n para derogar la Ley votada durante el gobierno\u00a0de\u00a0Mar\u00eda Eugenia Vidal, sobre las elecciones indefinidas de intendentes, legisladores y concejales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEn 2016 la legislatura bonaerense por abrumadora mayor\u00eda puso fin a las reelecciones indefinidas\u00a0de\u00a0Intendentes, Legisladores y Concejales, terminando con una etapa donde la perpetuidad en los cargos gener\u00f3 una distorsi\u00f3n del sistema republicano, condicionamientos a la sana alternancia en el ejercicio del poder, y falta\u00a0de\u00a0igualdad que debe primar en la competencia electoral democr\u00e1tica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el senador bahiense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTambi\u00e9n ha sido un vicio recurrente que la perpetuidad en un cargo se sostiene con pr\u00e1cticas autoritarias que propician la corrupci\u00f3n\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Y en este sentido, declar\u00f3 que \u201cno sorprende que el presidente Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez aliente la reelecci\u00f3n indefinida porque la perpetuidad en un cargo es inherente a la concepci\u00f3n ideol\u00f3gica del kirchnerismo. S\u00ed resulta llamativo el silencio de quienes impulsaron y apoyaron la ley contra las reelecciones indefinidas y ahora son socios en el Frente de Todos, tal es el caso de Sergio Massa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEs preocupante tambi\u00e9n que se quieran instalar dudas o interrogantes en la interpretaci\u00f3n desde qu\u00e9 momento se debe computar como primer mandato de quienes desempe\u00f1aban el cargo de Intendentes, legisladores, concejales o consejeros escolares. El art\u00edculo 7 de la ley 14.836 votada por Juntos por el Cambio es claro y contundente: quienes desempe\u00f1aban en 2016 un cargo se computa como primer periodo<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
