El edificio que se encontraba cercano al estado de abandono se constituy\u00f3 en uno de los m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de la ciudad. Su segundo propietario resolvi\u00f3 ponerlo a la venta y el adquirente fue un empresario con inversiones en el sector automotriz. Se lleg\u00f3 a comentar que en el lugar se instalar\u00eda una concesionaria de una reconocida marca alemana. Ello no ocurri\u00f3. El edificio fue deterior\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin entrar en detalles sobre  su historia, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n condiciones, en estos d\u00edas se supo que fue vuelto a vender. Los adquirentes ser\u00edan personas \u00edntimamente vinculadas con la actividad agropecuaria y que tienen como prop\u00f3sito convertir al lugar en un centro comercial de excelencia. El edificio ser\u00eda demolido en los pr\u00f3ximos meses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ubicaci\u00f3n de El Faro es una de las m\u00e1s privilegiadas de la ciudad de Trenque Lauquen
