{"id":73264,"date":"2021-01-25T01:02:22","date_gmt":"2021-01-25T04:02:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=73264"},"modified":"2021-01-27T02:01:08","modified_gmt":"2021-01-27T05:01:08","slug":"la-cuota-de-los-creditos-para-la-vivienda-no-podra-superar-el-35-del-ingreso-familiar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/la-cuota-de-los-creditos-para-la-vivienda-no-podra-superar-el-35-del-ingreso-familiar\/","title":{"rendered":"La cuota de los cr\u00e9ditos para la vivienda no podr\u00e1 superar el 35% del ingreso familiar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat,&nbsp;Jorge Ferraresi, asegur\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado que las cuotas de los cr\u00e9ditos basados en las Unidades de Valor Adquisitivo (UVAs) no superar\u00e1n \u00abel 35 por ciento del ingreso del grupo familiar\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"460\" height=\"345\" src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ferraresi-460x345.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ferraresi-460x345.jpg 460w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ferraresi.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario inform\u00f3 que \u00abtras 10 meses congelamiento, para febrero el aumento para los que tomaron cr\u00e9dito por menos de 120.000 UVA se ajustar\u00e1 un 6% y para los de m\u00e1s de 120.000 UVA, un 9%\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abCon un aumento salarial promedio del 35% hemos cuidado a los m\u00e1s vulnerables en este aspecto\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ferraresi, que aclar\u00f3 que a partir de junio \u00abla f\u00f3rmula UVA no existir\u00e1 m\u00e1s sino que ajustar\u00e1 por crecimiento salarial\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular de la cartera de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat,&nbsp; remarc\u00f3 que \u00abla vivienda debe ser un derecho y el Estado debe ordenar las herramientas para que eso suceda. Un Estado presente\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cambio conceptual<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, Ferraresi explic\u00f3 que para las nuevas construcciones \u00abhay dos cambios conceptuales\u00bb, que consisten en que \u00abno existen m\u00e1s las viviendas sociales sino que tiene que ser para ascenso social\u00bb y que cada beneficiario \u00abpagar\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n del ingreso que tenga y no seg\u00fan un sistema de calificaci\u00f3n bancaria\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro expres\u00f3 que \u00abel recupero (del cr\u00e9dito) va a ser solidario, todo el mundo va a pagar en base a lo que gane, esto va a permitir que la gente se desarrolle en el lugar donde naci\u00f3\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEl arraigo se genera a partir de las oportunidades y es en eso en lo que estamos trabajando\u00bb, complet\u00f3 Ferraresi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fuente: infogei.com.ar<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para febrero el aumento para los que tomaron cr\u00e9dito se ajustar\u00e1 entre un un 6% y un 9%\u00bb.
