establece\u00a0par\u00e1metros sanitarios, epidemiol\u00f3gicos y demogr\u00e1ficos\u00a0a tener en cuenta para definir las acciones de mitigaci\u00f3n viral, y determina las facultades del Presidente 460px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El anuncio de Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 30 de abril, durante la presentaci\u00f3n del Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia que actualmente rige en todo el pa\u00eds, el presidente,\u00a0Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, hab\u00eda anunciado el env\u00edo al Congreso de una iniciativa legislativaque, \u00aben funci\u00f3n de criterios cient\u00edficos claros y precisos\u00bb,\u00a0facultara al Ejecutivo nacional y a los gobernadores \u00aba tomar restricciones y medidas de cuidado durante esta situaci\u00f3n excepcional\u00bb<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, la iniciativa elaborada por la Casa Rosada recupera el esquema de riesgo epidemiol\u00f3gico ya plasmado en los \u00faltimos dos decretos que permite segmentar de acuerdo a la situaci\u00f3n sanitaria actual y de los \u00faltimos 14 d\u00edas en un espacio sociodemogr\u00e1fico determinado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta que ingres\u00f3 ayer al Senado de la Naci\u00f3n \u00abno distingue entre zonas geogr\u00e1ficas, sino que establece criterios estrictos, par\u00e1metros epidemiol\u00f3gicos conforme a los cuales las jurisdicciones y el Gobierno federal, seg\u00fan las competencias de cada uno, adoptar\u00e1n medidas para mitigar la propagaci\u00f3n del
